Living in the UK and laughing at other nations, I'd like to know how other countries stereotype us.

Could you tell me some??? - don't worry, I won't find anything offensive Very Happy

Mondine's cheating - he's got to be British to have that kind of insight.

Don't forget we all drink tea with the Queen and watch Only Fools And Horses all day, scone in hand. Jolly good, eh what?

Lmao!!
Being British, I can see where people come from with the stereotypes. I did actually just have a cup of tea! Embarassed and my Grandmother makes the best scones Razz.. But I'm not posh or anything.

Well, I do live in British Columbia...
Funny that, because I tend to speak clearly, and ennunciate words, I've met a lot of Americans that thought I was English.
Speaking of stereotypes, they invariably ask if it really rains all the time 'over there'. Which I usually affirm, as the quickest means to avoid further conversation.

That was, indeed, a typo. The Englandish-speaking world is indebted, and may now rest just a trifle more easily. Rolling Eyes

Yeah.. it rains.. pretty much all the time. It's raining right now, in fact.

[How did Adam end up 'saying' that? -mondine]

Yeah.. it rains.. pretty much all the time. It's raining right now, in fact.

So, I guess it's not really a stereotype that the 'white' people tend to be rather white, indeed.
