Feedburner and phpBB are giving differing numbers in regards to the number of users currently on the site.

yeah I've been wondering about this too, it seems like the feedburner is very slow in updating the number of readers here, it says 107 now for me as well but look I just refreshed the page and now it says 100 and I keep refreshing the page but it still says 100 while the PhpBB stats have changed various times, so I’m keeping to the PhpBB stats for now! _________________ My Blog | Microsoft Discussion |

Hi,
Actually, the Feedburner number you see if specifically for the folks who are subscribing to your site's feed, not the visitors on your site. Feedburner's services are enhancement services which are mostly geared toward your feed.
Hope this clarifies any issues and feel free to post on our forums with any questions, they are actively monitored: http://forums.feedburner.com
Thanks for using Feedburner,
jessiec

I actually used Feedburner after I learned of them for Uneasysilence.com. But I have had a hard time keeping a normal and regular hosting service so I stopped. If you own a site, and use feeds, I recommend feedburner for all your feeding needs. _________________
