Would it be possible to have a bit larger avatar?
I've made one for another forum, and thought it would be...good  here, but it ended slightly larger than 80x80 (it's 76x88). Resizing doesn't give good results - some amount of pixelart was used during creation. OTOH the image is only 3KB in size...

I can't comment on permission, or technical restrictions; we'll have to wait for Darren, on that. But it's not likely that you'll get a special dispensation.
(GC$ isn't much of an incentive, for an admin.)
Not to question your talents, but why not post the image, and see if there is someone else that has better luck with a quality resize?

| Ah, nevermind, resolved it somehow, doesn't look bad at all, even though different parts of the image have different aspect ratio... |
